About Stonewards Field Guide

Stonewards Field Guide is an independent, player-run reference for Stonewards, the co-op dwarf roguelite defense game released into Steam Early Access on August 11, 2026. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Banana Tiger Studio. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Where the facts come from

Every number on this site is traced to a public, checkable source: Steam appdetails for specs and price, the studio patch notes for mechanics, the public achievement page for unlock rates, and the developer FAQ thread for co-op and Steam Deck answers. Each page names the source and the date it was read.

In practice that means four public sources, all of which you can check yourself: the Steam store listing for app 4502710 (price, specs, categories, platforms), the studio's announcement feed on Steam (every hotfix from 0.1.3 to 0.1.8, the roadmap, and the demo removal notice), the public Steam achievement page (all 20 achievements and their live global unlock rates), and the developer's own pinned FAQ thread (party size, languages, Steam Deck).

How often it is updated

Checked against the Steam news feed within 48 hours of every hotfix. The patch log page is rewritten the same day a new version ships, and the version number in the site header moves with it.

What this site will not do

No invented stat tables. Stonewards does not publish ring values, wave counts or class stats, so this site says "not published by the studio" instead of guessing, and it links no crack, key-reseller or cheat-trainer pages.

Stonewards is unusual in how little it publishes: the achievements shipped with blank descriptions, there is no public wave count, and no ring or class values exist anywhere official. Plenty of pages about this game fill those gaps with numbers. Where we do not know, this site says so, and says who would have to publish it before anyone could.

Corrections

If something here is wrong, send it over with a source and it will be changed. That is a faster route to an accurate page than a comment thread.
